Overview
FreshFocus for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central offers a range of features designed for organisations involved in managing orders within the food supply chain.
FreshFocus caters for the distinctive needs of fresh produce businesses by extending functionality of Business Central, connecting the financial, sales, service, supply chain, manufacturing, and distribution data to drive smarter decision making, enabling your business to be powered by the cloud, data, and business intelligence.

Define agreements with suppliers of produce, including terms, payback methods and trade accounts (costs, deductions and recharges). |
| Produce Posting Rules |  |
Define rules to assign trade accounts to produce and events within the system. Choose from different calculation methods, such as weight, quantity and flat rates. |

Define grading profiles for produce items, create grading orders to classify produce, define production lanes for inputs and outputs. |
| Packing Operations |  |
Define Production BOMs, create planned or released orders, and optionally link to grading orders for commit-to-pack scenarios. |

Leverage Business Central's powerful item tracking functionality, with enhanced capabilities to trace costs by produce agreement. |
| Produce Invoicing |  |
Prepare and review produce agreement paybacks and then finalise it by posting the return. The produce agreement invoice contains the associated produce value entries, calculations and amounts that will be taken as deductions, costs or recharges in connection with those agreements. |
| LabelConnect |  |
Connect your operations in FreshFocus with our labelling integration app. This separately licensed extension integrates with BartenderCloudTM enables you to manage your users, printer and label formats in Bartender, and simply send variable data from FreshFocus. |
| License Plating |  |
Improve product handling and traceability with our License Plating App. This separately licensed extension adds the capability to create logistics units (such as pallets) at any stage of processing, including non-produce items. Generate SSCCs on the fly, move content between license plates, and assign this content to documents. |
